1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise: "Platform" means the 587bet website, mobile site, and any downloadable application; "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, and account management functions offered through the Platform; "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration; "Balance" means real-money funds held in a Player's Account; "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, or enhanced odds offer granted by 587bet; "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 587bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of another person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from 587bet or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a 587bet employee, contractor, director, or an immediate family member of any such person.

587bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

3Account Management and Security

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any activity by persons to whom you have disclosed your credentials. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 587bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensure your registered contact details (email address, phone number) remain current and accurate.

587bet will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 587bet that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

587bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.
• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within 60 seconds. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within three to five minutes under normal operating conditions following successful verification.
• 587bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds standard thresholds or where verification is outstanding.
• 587bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via local Bangladesh payment methods. Third-party providers may apply their own charges.

Any funds deposited in error must be reported to [email protected] as soon as possible. 587bet will investigate and, where confirmed, will arrange a return transfer. Erroneous deposits that have been staked in full cannot be recovered retroactively.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

587bet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus credits before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money Balance are tracked separately. Real-money Balance is staked first unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 587bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonus voided and may have their Account permanently closed.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the 587bet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In general:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 587bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been suspended, incorrectly priced, or affected by a technical error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Network latency or communication delays may result in bets being accepted after the relevant event has concluded; such bets will be voided.
• For cricket matches, 587bet follows ICC standard rules. Specific market rules (e.g., for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, abandoned matches, super overs) are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems audited for statistical fairness. Results are final and cannot be challenged on the basis of "bad luck" or perceived unfairness.
• Maximum win limits apply per game type and per betting session. Limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 587bet Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 587bet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 587bet.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 587bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

587bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 587bet's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

587bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, 587bet may withhold the Balance pending investigation.

12Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 587bet Platform or Services, please contact our support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our management team, whose contact details will be provided upon request.

All disputes relating to the outcome of games or the settlement of bets must be raised within 14 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period cannot be investigated or upheld.

13Privacy and Data Protection

587bet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

15Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 587bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
